One-on-One · Individual Mentoring

You already hold the tools
for your own freedom.

This work is about helping you access them and learn to trust them. One embodied conversation at a time, in a relational field where real change can happen.

Dharma is relational.

The teachings I draw on are ancient. I'm not innovating anything. The Buddha taught 2,500 years ago that suffering arises in relationship — to ourselves, to others, to the conditions of our lives — and that the path forward is through those same relationships, not around them.

What I offer is a structured container for that work: to get honest about what's actually happening, to understand the patterns underneath, and to build the ground for something different. Not by fixing what's broken, but by coming into wise relationship with what's here.

"Suffering wasn't the problem. It was information. Practice taught me how to listen to it and relate to it in a way that didn't cause more suffering for myself or the people around me." — Enrique Collazo

I came to this through my own deep struggle. The Dharma entered my life in 2005 and gave me something no one had ever offered — a way to turn toward my own experience with compassion instead of turning away from it. That's what I'm here to pass on.

A trauma-informed, focused container.

This isn't open-ended. We start with a goal, work toward it together over a defined arc, and close when the work is done. Think of it less like ongoing therapy and more like a course with a clear direction, one where the curriculum is your actual life.

I work with people across all kinds of backgrounds. You don't need to be a meditator. You don't need to know anything about Buddhism. You just need to be willing to show up honestly and do the work.

Let's see if we're a good fit.

Send me a note. Tell me a little about what's going on and what you're hoping for. We'll set up a free 15-minute conversation and go from there. No pressure, no commitment.
